Platform & Integration
What the terminal connects to, how work is scheduled, and the controls that sit around both — described by capability, not by supplier.
No single point of failure
Generated content — onboarding mail, news summarisation, assistant responses — runs against more than one provider in each category. If one degrades, the request is served by another rather than dropped.
Provider independence
Every external dependency sits behind an interface of ours, so a provider can be replaced without a change to the terminal you use.
Named suppliers on request
We identify providers by category in public. Customers and prospective customers receive the named list, with locations, under a confidentiality agreement as part of diligence.
Serverless Infrastructure
Sign Up Email
Generates personalized welcome/onboarding email via AI.
Weekly News
Summarises market news and broadcasts it to subscribers.
Stock Alerts
Checks user price targets against real-time data.
Re-engagement
Identifies dormant users and sends nudges.
What the terminal integrates with
Market data sources
Exchange and venue feeds, regulatory filing systems, and commercial market data providers. Every figure in the terminal carries the source it came from and the time it was retrieved.
Brokerage connectivity providers
Optional. You authenticate with your own brokerage; we never receive your brokerage credentials, and no order is submitted without a preview you confirmed.
Speech and language processing providers
Assistant responses, and voice transport and transcription when you turn voice on. Raw audio is not retained.
Cloud infrastructure, hosting and email delivery
Running the Service and sending account, alert and service notifications. Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Suppliers are identified by category here and by name in the subprocessor list, which is available to customers and to prospective customers under a confidentiality agreement and forms part of our data processing agreement. See the Privacy Policy and Disclosures.
